Primevideo South Africa account is a mess!

Amazon Primevideo let me know via an email that I have a AmazonPrime Account now and nothing will change yet they messed up deductions for my Primevidek account. R59 was deducted for Primevideo then promised to be refunded then Amazon Prime tried to deduct money and cause me banking feesas the R59 is now not available. What a mess and on top of that they let me know that my Primevideo South africa account is cancelled. I did not cancel it.
