they charge every month but i cannot use the service. say i need to update my payment details but how do you deduct if payment details are incorrect. been trying to cancel or get them to contact me for months now. and still they charge for services i cannot use and no one gets back to me so i can sort out this issue. i click on cancel subscription and they say "ther is no option to cancel" *** i really thaught amazon will be a lot more competent but they just take your money and dont give a **** for the rest.
