Power less consumer

Debit account from my credit card R159.96 EVERY MONTH. I have not signed up for Amazon prime. I have contacted Amazon , they say I don't have an account. The bank says I must contact Amazon to stop debit order. Catch 22 , how do I stop this theft . Standard Bank phone in you wait for ever.
