**** poor customer support

I am having a problem with my account that may have been hacked and I can no longer reset the password. But in order yo contact amazon I need to be able to log in and I can't. There is also no longer a support email that can be contacted. This is ridiculous service as the only other way to contact them is through an international call which cost a fortune when phoning from South Africa. Hopefully they contact me through this complaint. But I doubt it.
