Poor customer service

I saw Amazon prime has live events, I went on my app but did not have the feature. I called the call centre and found a lady by the name of Belle, who was not even bothered and not listening to my question. Which I repeated twice by the way. And all I wanted to ask was is there an additional charge for live events.
