Pathetic Process

I need to sign in to change some details and have forgotten the password. When trying to renew it i am getting blocked by a question with incorrect informtion and have been told I am blocked and must contact customer service, HOWEVER you can only do that once you have signed in. This is a pathetic situation and to find someway or someone to help is impossible because everything points back to customer support which required a sign in, which is where the problem is that I am trying to resolve !!
