No customer support

I have reached out to 4 support agents on the app who are unable to assist me. I ordered a package and the seller does not have access to his account so he asked me to go to support to cancel the order.

Support has not helped me. There are no numbers or emails in South Africa to contact Amazon and get assistance. Currently, I have 2k in the app, no assistance from support to get it back and cancel my order through them. They say I need to wait for the seller to cancel before it can be confirmed and the seller cannot access his account. I have shown them conversations, and threads. Everything they need to help me and I have received no assistance in a week. It has been a nightmare and everyone I speak with in Amazon tells me they cannot help me.
