Dont care about customers

Amazon to me they dont even deserve a Star, I rate them minus -0. They are very poor when it comes to customer service support, its being 4 years now since I tried to restore my account. I lost my sell number and I want to put a new one.

I cant login, they dont have an option for customers to change their number or email, they dont have Live chat or any way for customers services eg whatsp and their contact number you cant get them.

They make me feel that they dont care about customers. I dont even want to rate them
