Do not fall for 30 day free trial with Amazon Prime

I tried to send my son in the UK a gift from SA in August, Amazon did send me a message to say that they couldn't deliver it, it is now October and I still don't have a refund for what I paid them for the gift. But far worse was that they said they would give me 30 days free trail of Amazon Prime, I downloaded the same, couldn't watch almost all of their offerings, and now they're billing me each month for a service I'm not using. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR 30 DAYS FREE TRIAL, THEY KEEP ON DEBITING YOU EVEN IF YOU DON'T USE IT!!!!!
