Disappointed customer

I subscribe and unsubscribe at prime video the same month but they keep on deducting money out of my account every month while I’m not even a member anymore I tried calling and emailing but still the keep on deducting R79 every month I don’t even know what to anymore and I don’t want to change banks I’m so disappointed honestly at prime video
