Danger Amazon

I am highly disappointed in that you buy from a trustworthy company so you think. They allow electrical stuff to be sold to South Africa knowing the danger in that our voltage is 230v and these being only being 110v. There is no warning and then want to charge R4000 shipping charge for returns. I blew my item with a very loud bang and could have started a fire. This is utterly unacceptable and nothing is been done about it knowing the extreme danger.
