**** customer service

I have ordered tonic water 22nd October with no delivery to date. When I go to cancel my order I get it cannot be canceled because it was on special,seriously guys there is no contact what so ever from Amazon all u get on their site is a bot response. Your customer service support is ******* I want me order canceled and my refund asap. Online buying is a **** I have the same issue with makro for the very same item. Nobody cares you just get stupidity calling to say they sorry. So done with Nakro and Amazon prime ,urll don't even deserve 1 star
