Cancelled subscription still goes off my account!

We have cancelled our Amazon Prime Video account in March 2021 but the subscription fee of R179.00 still goes off my account every month. Please fix this ASAP! I want a refund and I want you to cancel my subscription. No emails or contact details. Very bad client service!
