Amazon?DFon't have it

I cannot understand that such a big global business like Amazon can deliver such utterly poor service. Just to change my payment card and password, I could not talk to anyone on line. After many attempts, they promised to come back (via e-mail, that does not accept e-mails!), and never did. Finally a friend of mine borrowed me his password and the best a could do was to “chat” to someone somewhere. After more than a year, hours and hours of answering the same questions and 3 attempts to resolve it, I am still not able to buy from THEM books for my Kindle otherwise than finally close my account and open a new one and thereby loosing all the books al bought. It seems to me it’s not about people anymore….
