Amazon sucks

I bought an item from Amazon UAE who claims it comes from Amazon USA and this item gets lost so I order a new one and this one also gets lost. Now Amazon UAE blames Amazon USA so I contact Amazon USA and they blame Amazon France and all I want is the item I ordered twice now. It is seriously bad customer service
