Amazon south africa are *******.

I took out a trial with Amazon last year in May. Then after reviewing their products I decided this was not for me. I then cancelled my subscription but at the end of May they deducted a payment. Then again for a few months after. I have made numerous requests to get my money back, as they acknowledge my subscription was cancelled. Unfortunately with no success. A friend then told me to remove my card number from my account which i did. They no longer debt me but I have never received my money back. I will turn everyone I can from Amazon because they are just *******. I mean come on, it's been almost a year and you still haven't refunded me. Shocking.
