Amazon SA

Amazon SA who has no contact details is deducting money from my account after cancellation in September 2023. Been on chat mode with Amazon UK since early this morning. They gave me a link to Amazon SA, but it does not work and spoke to an agent in Amazon Dubai website? The reference on my bank statement, Amazon Milnerton (Cape Town) is a ghost taking money from my account. Amazon UK excellent customer service, thank you and wish I could say the same of non-existing Amazon SA!
