Amazon Prime Video leaves much to be desired.

One has to become very suspicious when there is not one contact email address to be found on Amazon Prime Video. After searching high and low I finally found an address but this is the reply I received: " Hi from Amazon, You've written to an address that does not accept incoming e-mails, but we have provided links to help answer some common questions. " This was followed with a list of website addresses for FAQ's . Interesting that they could give an automated answer with website addresses but not one actual email address that satisfies. Perhaps Amazon Prime Video South Africa knows they would be inundated with emails that they don't want to answer.
