Amazon Prime Video a great disappointment.

Six weeks ago I subscribed to Prime Video but the buffering was so bad I couldn't watch anything. Going on their Help site it said minimum speed for watching is 4 mbps, I have slightly more. Trying to cancel became a nightmare. I followed instructions suggested on various sites but it kept saying it couldn't find my subscription. I would certainly not recommend this service unless you have a super fast internet.
