AMAZON PRIME SUCKS

If I could give them zero, I would. I cancelled my R 59 pm membership THREE MONTHS AGO, and my membership does not show anywhere on their website, but I am STILL being charged. And trying to get hold of customer services is impossible. I sent an email two months ago, reiterating my cancellation, but it's an unmanned email address. Chat doesn't work. Now I am going to have to try and phone them. It's pathetic. The South African Amazon website is also not user friendly.
