Amazon prime *****ing my money

I signed up for a free trial for 7 days. 2 days before the trial ended they tried to deduct R79 off my account. On the 16 th when the trial ended the deducted R79 off my account. And then again on the 28 th. I contacted customer service and was transferred from one agent to the next. Eventually someone refunded my R79 which I have to wait for 7 days now. And now my subscription is cancelled. I paid on the 16 th. Why is my subscription cancelled?? I've got proof of payment and everything and the one consultant I spoke to assured me my subscription will stay active. I'm just trying to earn people. Amazon prime is *****ing people's money and not providing the service as promised.
