Amazon prime poor services.

Unbelievable service, cancelled my subscription over a month ago, ive been informed that i will not be able to log in on amazon prime, now they renew and just deduct from my account and welcomes me back as if it is normal just to do what you want, very very poor especially for a big name like amazon.
