AMAZON PRIME MISLEADS CLIENTS

I registered an account to watch series and movies with the 30 day trial after I've added my billing information. Within the same hour I canceled my subscription as Amazon, however, did not allow me to watch anything. But, they've taken a subscription fee although 30 days were a supposed and advertised trial period. THE AUDACITY TO TAKE MY HARD-EARNED MONEY!
