Amazon prime don't care to solve issues.

I took out a subscription in January through Vodacom SA. I got 6 months free and got a message from Vodacom that they will bill me ZAR79.99 after the six months. Now they billed me ZAR139.99. When I called Vodacom customer care, they said they can't help me, I have to sort it out with Amazon prime. So I called Amazon prime and the said they can't help me I have to contact Vodacom. Be very careful when subscribing to Amazon prime as they don't care if you have billing problems or video quality issues. As long as they take your money. Stay away from Vodacom, you struggle to get through to customer care and then they refuse to help.
