Amazon *****

I did online shopping for Amazon...all they did was take my money and when I withdraw my funds they give me another story...they made money out of me and i got nothing in return...I lost R500.00.. or even more.. when I asked for a refund they said I need to pay another R20000 to withdraw.. they sent me tax certificates.. I just want my money back please.. I have proof of Sar certificates they sent to me.. I have a family to feed
