Amazon Advertising ****

There are ******** advertising as if they are Amazon on various social media platforms and Facebook Market Place is one of the platforms. Innocent buyers like me are losing money on these deals. I just spent around R1,400 for a Super Giant Mystery box. Payment was done using the same method/system as used for Amazon purchases. The package was not delivered to me in the timeframe provided so I contacted Amazon, only for them to tell me that they cannot trace the tracking number. I then alerted them of the **** and have sent them various screenshots from Facebook Market place of a few of these adds. They responded saying that somebody will come back to me within 24 hours, but 12 days have past, and nobody has contacted me. Amazon is aware of this **** but are doing nothing about it as they are getting free publicity.

I did receive the box today; however, it is 10 x 10cm in size and contains 5 small items. The Mystery Box I ordered was a Super Giant Box and should contain around 25 electronic items. Contact e-mail for this deliver is ***
