Absolutely Pathetic Service

I signed up for Amazon Prime, cancelled my free trail before it ended and have now been charged R79 for the last three months. I have contacted Amazon only to be told there is no record of the payments on their side ao I should contact my bank to sort it out. I see I am not the only one to have this problem...can someone help
