**** subscription

Amazon did a transaction on my bank account and when i go to the Amazon app i see no transaction. I request a chat with on of their customer representatives Phumzile she goes on to tell me it was a subscription for Amazon prime, when i tell her that I have never made any subscription she goes on to tell me that she can even see the TV that is connected. I go on to tell her that this is even more suspicious because we are at the farms and we have no tv or radio, I then requested her to give me info on this subscription because how can I cancel something i don't know and requested info on that tv as well she goes on to tell me she can't for security reasons yet she is the one who started dishing out that info when I need more she fails to provide. Im very much disgusted with Amazon and to think I started using it regardless of the bad reviews from friends and family. Be very careful of being subscribed to something you have no idea about and Amazon refusing to take accountability. Knowing its a big company they will have something to say to defend themselves instead of taking ownership.
