Still waiting after 5 months for my refund

I am extremely dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my refund for the faulty airfryer (Order Number: ***) that I returned in September. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through Amazon's help center and direct communication with their team, I still have not received my refund. I sent an email to the email addresses provided when googling and then I get a email stating that these addresses cannot receive incoming emails.
