Service and processes are disgusting

Please support local. I purchased Skyworth TV from Amazon. They sent me the incorrect TV. It has been picked up . It's 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund. They messed up but I have to now wait for their processes before I get paid out. Jake from online support knows nothing. i called them last week and they promised that by the end of this week I will get my refund. Now they saying I must wait 30 days. Disgusting service. Please support local. I learnt my lesson
