Poor communication and disappointing

Poor communication and disappointing service. I placed 2 orders and one was scheduled for delivery on 2/3 October, but to date, I have received neither my order nor any communication regarding the delay or its status.

What makes the situation even more disappointing is that the other order arrived on the 2nd October.
