No refund received for an on order cancelled because they could not deliver in time

Ordered a bunch of camping Items and all arrived in time but my blow up mattress. I cancelled the blow up mattress and requested a credit to my account. Order was obviously paid in full. No refund ever given or product delivered. MONEY GONE
