Is Amazon a ****....

I purchased an item for R850 from Amazon.com I received a payment confirmation and received a tracing no.

I then tried to track my item and was then asked to enter my email address. amazon then sent me a one time pin which entered.

Then the next screen says account locked. My account was locked I don't know why, just after my order was placed.

I tried the customer support and the help. the system the asked for email address and then sent me a onetime pin.

Then the next screen says account locked.

Amazon does not allow you to contact them if your account is locked.

I then used a friends account to contact customer support.

The support center is in India and is was so difficult for anyone to assist. I was transfered to 7 people and had to explain that my account was locked.

1 hour later I was told that I must contact them in 24hour and i did.

It was the same thing and then I must call back in 72 hours.

I then call amazon from my mobile to America. *** This call cost me another R200.

This is a call center I had to explain my situation to many people and I was told that the account is closed and I have to open another account.

There is no reason and nobody can assist and my money and order is gone.

Can anyone assist. is there any way to contact amazon in SA.

I am opening a ***** case against amazon with the SA police, and I am reporting amazon to the credit card ***** at my bank.

Please do not buy from amazon
