I was given a gift card which I loaded onto my South African account and it is appearing on my US account and I can't use it. Can't get hold of anyone to assist on the South African or US site.

Truly appalling that you are not able to contact them. I have tried the APP, different browsers even the incognito modes as suggest by their website and none of them work.

Careful spending money with them. Red flag as soon as you can't get hold of the company when you need to get hold of them once you have spent money.
