Fire Stick not working do to their own update

I purchased an Amazon fire stick in 2022. Amazone has given an update recently and my Fire Stick is stuck in a boot loop. Just the logo is shown on my tv. Amazon refuses to replace the device eventho it is not working because of the Update which they themselves recommended.

They are telling me that because it's over 1 year in my possession that they are not going to do anything about the problem eventho it's their Fault.

I would suggest that you do not purchase the Amazon fire stick because they give updates which renders your Fire Stick useless if you have it over a year.
