Don't use Amazon or Aramex

Ordered items from the USA paid alot of money, only to view on the app after the delivery ETA my package will be delivered by 17 Dec 2024.

So it's either lost in transit, damaged in transit or ******. I'm so angry right now and want detailed and transparent feedback Amazon.
