Dishonest and *************

I bought 2 books online and waited 6 weeks.. the package showed delivered but I did not receive it.. I queried it but no response..there is no way to get it sorted out.. worst company to resolve issues and in my view dishonest and has ****** me for my money... ************* company to deal with..
