Client Centric Mr. Jeff Bezos - Walks His Talk

I have recently loaded my product on Amazon.com, very excited about this SA platform. I had a few technical issues regarding the category my product would fall under, it would be the first of its kind and therefore not category listed. This proved a challenge and my situation was not understood by helpdesk. Out of desperation I contacted Mr. Jeff Bezos directly, requesting assistance with this matter and asked that he pass this on to one of his senior staff members.

For interest sake, his email is published and available, not hidden or coded.

At 16h30 today, I received a reply from his technical team, advising they were here to assist me getting my product launched.

I sat back, took a breach and smiled. This is the reason he is where he is today. This client centric, Executive Chairman of Amazon.com, really does Walk hiS Talk.
