Charged twice when i only ordered once. Hacked and ****med?

I tried to place an order on the 7 July 2024 which didn't go through because the money was not debited from my bank account, so i logged out of the site and went back in again and there was nothing showing in my orders. I then waited until the next day and still nothing went off and no orders were showing in my Amazon profile. I then placed the order again, the order showed in my Amazon profile and the money went off my account about 4 days later, then another amount went off two days after that but a bit less.

I then get an email showing two different order numbers when only one is showing in my profile which was delivered and then get an email from "DHL" saying that an order is stuck at customs and i am reluctant to share any personal info. Was my amazon account hacked and ****med??? It is impossible to report this on the Amazon site, just get a chatbot and are only able to respond with their answers. Total joke!!
