Breach of POPI Act

On registering to sell on Amazon as individual the website false pretense advertise as the say register as individual or professional. after registering account to be able to login, the information they request is only for professional. They respond that is you have to register and pay the monthly fee before you can downgrade to individual seller, whit a refund, not mentioning the penalty fees. when requesting to delete all my account information the state that they can not delete information. So my opinions is that amazon is in breach of the POPI ACT and need to address this act to comply to operate in South Africa.
