BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION WITH AMAZON SOUTH AFRICA

I registered a seeler on Amazon on the 17th October i sent all detaila ans in addition had an video interview with some guy in America After that iwasc debited with $45 . i subsequenty have seen that South African seller only have to pay R1for the 1st year . Since then i have tried everything to get hold of an Amazon human being to get a refund thease is not away i have not tried . i got hold of a chat host and spend 1 1/2 hours on the cahat to no avail . i have tries emailing to *** where they state they will gewt in touch within 6 hours. Has not happened I cannot enen get into my seller profile as therev is no place for Souh Africa Has anyone had a simi**** experience if so would be most grateful if i could get a tel no or email addrss thanks`
