Bad Local Courier Service for Amazaon.com

Had to buy a book on Amazon.com, that was not available locally. I give 3 stars because the rapidity with which it arrived, put the local Amazon to shame. Miss out on the full 5 stars because absolutely no communication from the courier that was assigned locally. The lady arrived in an unmarked vehicle to start with. I work from home and was on a business call, while she hooted like a mad woman and phoned me multiple times, despite me sending a canned response message to the number advising that I am unable to take the call. When I made it to the gate, she was rude - shoved the parcel into my hands and left. Astonishing really, as in the past this never happened.
