Bad experience when received a much cheaper product as what I have paid for

South African consumers Please DO NOT BUY from Amazon. They do not evaluate their suppliers for fair and ******* free business. I have ordered a Ponybro (newest version) mini keyboard for R 1225-00 and i have received a Andowl product that is worth R150-00 on the 31st of October 2024. I have informed the supplier Vic Che that this is not what I have ordered and paid for. His commend was. “Have you tested the product maybe it’s work”. I do not get any reaction from him since then. I have tried to contact Amazon. What a nightmare. First according to the website I have not ordered from them in the last 3 months. Then there is no e-mail address for complaints. (I was notified by ***) The choices that they offer is everything about a bad or not working product. The telephone number displayed is not working. This is the most frustrating transaction that I have ever had. I will NEVER buy from Amazon again, and so should you.
