AWS Route 53 Engineers Clueless and not willing to help AT ALL

Been trying to get hold of someone within this monster of an organisation to try and rectify a DNS record entry in their Route 53 environment. Obviously they are either useless, not interested to do any work and to shift the request to one of the 1000's of employees or just blatantly ignoring my plea for assistance. Logging calls/tickets is a serious waste of time and if an "engineer" engages, he/she does not have a clue what is going on!!! The last engagement I had with them was in Aug/Sept 2022 and still no luck in resolving this issue.

I would definitely not recommend any company to use the Route 53 services supp**** by AWS!!!
