Amazon.com - Service Delivery Sucks!!

I will never buy anything from Amazon ever again!! My little daughter’s birthday in on the 21st Dec 2023 - and she is leaving for a holiday on the same day. Amazon promised me delivery dates from 14th Dec - 18th Dec (latest). Now, at the last minute, I find out that none of the gifts will arrive on time! Terrible customer service!

When it comes to taking your money based on promised dates, then theres no problem. But, when they fail to meet their side of the deal/contract - they have a thousand excuses!

I have now decided to log an official complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection!!!
