Amazon.com misleading customers.

Twice Amazon.com have offered me a gift box for $5, they take you through the process of making a credit card payment and then automatically report that there was a problem. It is obvious that the moment they realise you are in South Africa they back oit of the offer. This has now happened twice. I was not looking at Amazon, it was a pop up which just appeared. This is false advertising and misleading.
