AMAZON.COM DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT

I ordered an Item on Amazon.com in October 2023. Received the wrong Item, contact Amazon to return the item. On Live chat the lady explained to me that the item i got (3XL Trouses) i can put it in a donation box. And that I did. She then orderd my original item for me and I received my item. 3 months later Amazon is still deducting money from my account. I then contact them again via the live chat. Eventually they said it has been resolved. 2 weeks later, again Amazon tried to deduct money from my account. I contact them again via the live chat. Priya said sorry nothing that they can't do i need to return the item. The more i tried to explain I dont have the item, the more she said nothing they can do, and the chat was ended on their side. AMAZON.COM this is ridiculous - dont you make notes on your system?
