Amazon takes you money but doesn't deliver. ******!!!!

I placed an order with Amazon. Paid. They said it arrived and was delivered and signed for but I'm still waiting. I received no call to ask if I am home, nothing. They want me to contact the courier company and investigate but but they can't tell me who that company is so that I can try to trace my parcel. This whole company is a bunch of ******.
