Amazon retail.

About 12/15 years ago i created an Amazon account, which included a shipping address, contact number and email address. I have a new ipad but the email is no longer valid and i have forgotten my password. After chatting online i got a call from someone employed at Amazon. Sadly they could not confirm any of my details which really baffles my brain because the amount of physical books i ordered were a lot. The end result is that i have a number of unread books sitting in kindle and a number of audio books which i now don’t have access to. Looks like a change to e-books or another provider is the way to go. I am fed up.
