Amazon ******* Non-Existent Service Be Careful

Be careful before you order anything from Amazon rather shop somewhere that has customer service. My first experience my account was hacked and R12 000.00 deducted. Amazon didn't do a thing as a bot gives you the runaround. I had spend a week in the bank trying to get my money back. Second experience I order a package in January it still hasn't arrived. I asked to chat with an assisantant associate, she sends a refund e-mail without me asking for one. I insisted that i want my order as it is needed for work. It says no that it isn't stock so can't reorder. Guys it says on the product on Amazon's website there is still 16 left in stock. I am so shocked and disgusted. I gave it a second chance but now I will be deleting my account and never deal with these bunch of con artists again. Be Careful. Good Luck.
